Divorce Case Evaluations
I am considering a divorce but I am afraid to start until I have more information…
If you are still wanting to educate your self about the possiblilties of what to expect in your divorce then we can help. Traditionally people schedule a “Free Consultation” with an attorney to try to get this information. What usually ends up happening is the attorney scares you to death with worst outcomes or gives you a false sense of confidence with exaggerated expectations. Nobody ever divorces and at the end say that the divorce went just like their attorney explained.
“Attorneys prey on fear and often give very biased outcomes”
How is it that two different attorneys will give two very different opinions and predictions of a divorce outcome to each party? It is because they are adversarial. They are being paid to get you the best deal possible. Often they do not explain that part
